3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
Please do not send products back without first obtaining a Return Authorization. Returns received without an RA number may be refused or delayed.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
